We were incredibly honoured to be asked to help The LaLit London celebrate this year's Year of Culture between India and the UK.
The British Council, the Indian High Commission and the UK government have officially launched the UK-India Year of Culture, a celebration of the long-standing relationship between the two countries. Cultural events, exhibitions and activities will be taking place in both countries throughout 2017.
The beautiful The LaLit hosted an evening for Indian and UK Ministers, including the attendance of the Prime Minister herself.
Proudly flying high in front of the hotel are the UK, India and LaLit flags, which were our inspiration for our floral creative piece for the special event.
Creating two large scale flags hanging behind the stage area, setting the scene for all the important speeches and moments of celebrations. We used classic carnations in white, red and blue- (all natural) for the UK flag, while for the Indian flag we again used all carnations in white, terracotta and lime.
