Flowers can symbolise a whole host of emotions, but the main message on the agenda this week is LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Of course, there is the traditional red rose signifying romantic love that is forever popular. Whether it is a single rose, a dozen, two dozen or two hundred dozen, red always goes down well and is a safe choice for any man. There are so many different, yet equally sexy types of red roses to choose from too... Grand Prix, Naomi, Red Paris, Wanted, Freedom...the list goes on and on!
Then there is the alternative to red...pink! Dreamy pastel pinks and creams are also a popular choice of valentines gift nowadays and they are filled with just as much love as the bunches of red. This year, I'm using a lot of the 'Secret Garden' rose, a large, blousey, rose that is a beautiful shade of soft, pale pink.
Reds or pastels, there are going to be some very lucky ladies on Friday and I can't wait to see their little faces light up when I turn up on their doorstop with a large bunch of flowers. Pictures to follow!
