Ever since a bride I worked with last year told me that she wanted her wedding to have the look and feel of 'Petersham Nurseries' I have been dying to go and visit it. Sure, I had googled and googled and googled images of the place but I never found the time to visit in person...until yesterday. What a treat it was! All the twinkling fairy lights hidden in the grape vines of the tea room; the eclectic, vintage furniture; the giant rustic, zinc planters; the ancient olive trees; the rows of green gum boots; the rustic, hand-thrown pottery, the wooden, indian horses! Talk about a treasure trove! The romance and relaxed beauty of the place was mesmerising...the perfect oasis to sit and contemplate the New Year! X
