We were busy elves last week, transforming the Conrad London St James' event spaces into a celebration of Christmas.
As an opportunity to showcase the hotel and all it can offer for the festive season, the Christmas Showcase was a wonderful way to experience Christmas, Conrad style.
The styling was elegant and festive of course but using Conrad's purple branding, along with golds and silvers.
The staircase entrance featured a show-stopper of a 15ft Christmas tree, based in the stairwell of the basement floor.
Then for the downstairs drinks reception, three 7ft Christmas trees lined the way to the various rooms, with poseur tables featuring clear glass fishbowls with domes of pearlescent glittered white roses and a bar dressed with two large vases of golden twisted willow and baubles.
For the dinner set up we created a beautiful runner of warm festive reds in mismatched cut crystal containers. Dressed with ilex, holly, Naomi red roses, pomegranates, plums and tea lights - just lovely! With the addition of a Conrad styled Christmas tree in the room, all we needed was the turkey!
Tall arrangements were showcased in the adjoining room using gold dipped willow, white roses and gold and clear glass baubles in clear glass trumpet vases.
Two archways were created as feature walkways into the various spaces, using gold dipped willow trees and gold and clear glass baubles.
Is it too early for a mince pie...
