And so we enter 'The Year of the Wooden Horse'! Happy Chinese New Year everyone! According to legend, the year of the wooden horse (the first in 60 years) is going to bring fast victories, unexpected adventure and surprising romance! Fabulous! Oh also, the Horse's fav. flower is apparently the beautiful Jasmine. I love using Jasmine in my designs, especially wedding work...it adds a delicate and elegant look to any arrangement and of course, smells divine too! So, this year, I shall certainly satisfy the 'Horse' and make sure I use lots of it!
Picture-wise, I just have to share with you all this beautiful wooden horse that I came across at the beginning of the year at Petersham Nurseries. It really caught my eye...maybe it was a sign!
